Well the next step in this introduction to podcasting was clearly using Garageband on the Mac to create a podcast on using Audacity.
So far I think you will find they are pretty similar in ease of use and creation of MP3s.

Here is a quick rough podcast on how to create podcasts using Garageband, it was of course created using Audacity on my PC laptop.

OK… I was asked how to do this, and as I haven’t yet I thought I would try…
In the dashboard, when you create a new post there is an area at the top of the text box called “add media”
Click on add image
Browse to your image/file/document etc
and add to your post. It will come up as a link as above.
Let’s see if it works
